		<description>Roger,

Please, feel free to discuss any other aspects of this story here, if you have actual knowledge of the incident.

I have not seen anything relating to this &quot;ghost picture&quot; that is not pure speculation after the event.

The only evidence I have based my opinion on is the picture itself, and it is clear on moderately close inspection that it cannot be a picture of a young girl or any other human figure.

		<description>Richard
I was involved in the aftermath of the fire at Wem Townhall from the very beginning ( 7.00 am the following morning) and with one exception the only person left who was involved.
I worked for the construction company who did the initial safety work. I was the company&#039;s Safety Manager and the person with most experience of fire damaged buildings.
There is far more to this story than just Tony&#039;s photograph.
Please get in touch if you require further details.
By the way I&#039;m a total agnostic when it comes to ghost stories but in the course of 40 years in the construction industry I have encountered things for which I have no explanation
Regards
